Photographer based in Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia

“Photography is an inseparable part of my life”.

He bought himself a very first camera when he was only 13 with his first income of summer vacation job in 2002. He wanted to be a photographer only for his family at that time. But the door to a magic world opened to him afterward; water, stones, trees, grass were not the same to his eyes behind the lens, the nature showed more magnificent details to him. Since then, photography became an inseparable part of his existence.

He graduated the Institute of Finance and Economics of Mongolia in Ulaanbaatar with bachelor degree in Business Administration between 2006 to 2010. He worked for Irmuun Agency as a photographer and went to Russia to study at the Moscow State Technical University of Civil Aviation in the major of operation engineer of aircraft engine in November 2011 and then returned home with leave permission in 2014. From 2014, he continued to work for Irmuun Agency as a photographer. Following that, he started his career as a freelancer artist with “HUMAN, NATURE, LOVE and FREEDOM” contemporary art movement.

Time passes by, now he works with documentary, portrait and conceptual photos mainly. His goal is to make people to realize something important and special through his artwork which we might ignore in our daily lives. We have a Mongolian proverb: it is better to see once than hear a thousand times. Photography is indeed an art form. He believes that a photo of critical moments is worth a thousand words and meaning. Photography creates real images of current times by using light and shade. In 2022, he graduated from the Mongolian University of Arts and Culture with a master degree in Fine Art Photography to enhance his professional skills and technic.
